We kicked things off by celebrating recent member wins:
Susan shared that she’s already noticing better movement since returning to the gym.
Leslie highlighted her improved ERG time and overall well-being.
It was a powerful reminder that progress—big or small—deserves recognition.
Coach Chris shared a simple, actionable 3-step framework:
Address Nutritional Deficiencies
Focus on hydration, vitamins, minerals, protein, and essential fats.
Adjust for Your Body Type
Nutrition looks different for different body shapes (I, V, or O).
Tailor food amount and type accordingly.
Optimize Meal Timing
Fuel workouts by timing nutrient intake around activity for better performance and recovery.
One of the biggest takeaways? Systems > motivation.
Chris emphasized that while motivation comes and goes, systems and habits keep you consistent. By “engineering your environment,” you can make healthy choices easier and unhealthy ones harder.
During the live Q&A, Chris provided personalized feedback based on participants’ body types and nutritional needs. He also suggested practical tools like amino acids and electrolyte drinks to support performance and recovery.
Chris closed with a reminder: progress beats perfection. Even small steps—taken consistently—can lead to meaningful change.
He encouraged participants to apply the strategies right away and offered continued support and resources to help everyone stay on track.
