STEP 2: Foundation Session
Most fitness programs fail before they begin because they skip the most critical step - understanding what your body actually needs. Here we find out what your body needs.
This also includes a professional InBody scan and a breakdown of the results of your muscle and body fat.
STEP 3: Decide
If I see that our Four-Phase Program aligns with your goals and you have a high likelihood of success, we’ll discuss the best options to move forward. If not, I’ll guide you toward the path that’s more appropriate for your needs.
